If This Is It Tour 2025 – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at the If This Is It Tour 2025 music concerts (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you (“Attendee”) agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- Ticket Purchase & Validity
1.1 Tickets are available exclusively via the official event website and Quicket.
1.2 Tickets are valid only for the specific date, venue, and city stated on the ticket.
1.3 Duplicate, resold, or counterfeit tickets will not be honoured and may result in denial of entry.
1.4 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where the Event is cancelled by the organisers.
1.5 Tickets may be transferred to another individual. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the organisers prior to the Event.
- Admission & Entry Requirements
2.1 Entry will be granted only upon presentation of:
- A valid ticket (digital or printed).
- Valid government-issued photo identification.
2.2 Attendees are subject to security screening, including bag and personal checks.
2.3 The organisers and venue management reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person who does not comply with these Terms.
2.4 Re-entry is subject to the discretion of the organisers and venue management.
- Age Restrictions
3.1 The Event is open to all ages.
3.2 Only persons aged 18 years or older may purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid identification is required at all times.
3.3 Children under 7 years old may attend free of charge when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
- Prohibited Items
4.1 For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following are strictly prohibited within Event grounds:
- Weapons of any kind.
- Illegal substances.
- Alcoholic beverages, outside drinks, and cooler boxes (except sealed water bottles where permitted by venue rules).
- Pets (excluding service animals).
- Glass containers, fireworks, drones, laser devices, or other hazardous materials.
4.2 Any prohibited items discovered at entry will be confiscated and may result in denial of entry without refund.
- Food & Beverages
5.1 Personal food items are not permitted.
5.2 Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Attendees found with outside alcohol will be removed from the Event without refund.
5.3 A variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the Event grounds.
- Safety, Security & Health
6.1 Attendee safety is the organisers’ highest priority. Security personnel, medical staff, and emergency services will be present at the Event.
6.2 Attendees must follow all directions and instructions from Event staff, security, and medical teams.
6.3 In case of an emergency, attendees must comply with evacuation and safety procedures.
6.4 The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behaviour.
- Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
7.1 The organisers reserve the right to:
- Alter the Event line-up, schedule, or venue at their discretion.
- Postpone or reschedule the Event due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond their control.
7.2 In the event of cancellation (not postponement), ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in accordance with Quicket’s refund policy.
7.3 The Event will proceed in varying weather conditions unless it is deemed unsafe to continue.
- Code of Conduct
8.1 Attendees are expected to act responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, staff, and performers.
8.2 Harassment, disorderly conduct, or any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
8.3 Attendees may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to Event property, equipment, or venue facilities.
- Liability
9.1 Attendance is at the Attendee’s own risk.
9.2 The organisers, sponsors, and venue owners accept no liability for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Personal injury or illness, except where caused directly by the organisers’ gross negligence.
9.3 Attendees are advised to take care of personal property and secure travel insurance where necessary.
- Communications & Marketing
10.1 By purchasing a ticket, Attendees consent to receive Event-related communications via email, SMS, or social media.
10.2 Attendees may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but essential Event notifications will continue to be sent.
10.3 Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes without compensation.
- Internet & Connectivity
11.1 No Wi-Fi or public internet services will be provided by the Event.
11.2 Attendees should ensure they have personal mobile devices and data connectivity for personal use.
- Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and attending the If This Is It Tour 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
